On the basis of never answered requests, letters,
petitions and complaints mailed to responsible
institutions and governmental bodies in the Czech
Republic during the last ten years, the above
institutions have asked, on September 14, 1999
and on September 23, 1999 U.S. Dept. of State -
Mrs. Madeleine Albright, and U.S. Dept. of Justice 
- Ms. Janet Reno, as well as foreign as well
as international subcommittees of the U.S. Congress
to DECLARE Czech politicians Klaus, Ruml,
Zieleniec, Kocarnik, Uhde and L.Benesova,
and Ministry of Interior Officials V. Henych and
Mrs. Guluskinova
        PERSONAE-NON-GRATAE

on the territory of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

IAC and ACCGA, will, in foreseeble future, also
make public the compiled lists of cca 200
other Czech citizens both in the Czech Republic
and abroad, who, since 1993, took ACTIVE part
in OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE and in perpetrating
CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY (forcible and illegal
withholding of Citizen's Identity) from a
SPECIFICALLY  CHOSEN minority, specific group
of native Czechoslovaks, now U.S. Citizens.
