How about smoking? Nobody cares about the smoker, and
his despicable filthy habit. The society's answer to the health
risks, and health care costs associated with smoking is
increased taxation. IV drug use is slightly higher on our com-
passion scale. Promiscuous anal sex is definitely at the top.
It seems there is a clear hierarchy of self-destructive behavior :-)

contracted this dreaded disease from a broken specimen
tube, I must say, I really don't care about AIDS, and its
