I think I remember this movie! It's very foggy, though. Was there a Christmas theme? I think I saw it on an old 16 mm projector that my father brought home every so often (he worked for the company -narodni podnik- that made them). It was pretty good with animated toys and live actors, boy and a girl, I think.
